The accommodation consists of an open plan room containing a king size bed, sitting area with TVand music system.
A good sized and well equipped en-suite shower room.
A dining area where breakfast (using local produce) is served to you. Hospitality tray is provided.
The Cottage is family run by the resident owners Martyn and Carole Dean.
Situated in a small village in Holmedale 5 miles from Richmond and 8 miles from Barnard Castle, just off the A66.
There are villages one mile either side with pubs serving good food and real ale -
The Shoulder of Mutton at Kirby Hill and The Bay Horse at Ravensworth.
This is an ideal location for walking, cycling or touring.
Convenient easy access to The Dales, Northumberland and the North York Moors.
Further afield are The Lakes and Scotland. Teeside airport is 15 miles away.
